Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Packages depart from our shipping location within 3-5 business days. Delivery can vary based on location; most times within the USA, it can take 3-4 days for delivery, but outside factors such as weather and holidays can take effect.

For international packages it can take upwards of a month to be delivered to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.

Please keep an eye on your tracking number in case it needs to be picked up.

If your package is sent back to us because of non-pickup or an incorrect address, you will need to pay for the shipping back to you if you would still want the package reshipped out.

Otherwise, we can refund the product cost if it comes back to us unharmed or undamaged.
