Shipping Policy

We ship within the week of when you place your order, unless otherwise stated. Most times, your order will be shipped within 2-3 days after placing your order. (Holidays and Preorders do not apply to this shipping window)

All orders except for sticker-only orders will have a tracking number attached to them that will be sent to you via the email used to place the order.

At this time, we do offer worldwide shipping. Please make sure your address is correct so it is not returned to us. 

If you are based in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, or South Korea, please provide your tax ID when purchasing, as it is needed for your customs form. 

Please note we are not responsible for any tariffs or import taxes placed on your products when being delivered. Unfortently we have no way of any fees will be placed upon your product when shipping it out to you. 

If Packages are rejected/returnered to the sender:

If your package makes its way back to us because it is rejected by the receiver, please note that we can offer a refund of the product itself, but not the shipping price paid, as that money was used to ship the product to you. (This usually happens when a person is unable to pay the taxes or import fees applied to the product by the delivery service.) 

If your package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, the above applies as well.
