Refund policy
We do not accept returns
At this time, we do not offer any refunds or returns. We do this to make sure all products are brand new when they arrive with you.
Please note if there something that happens to your package in shipping or the product is damaged in someway we did not catch when shipping to you (you will need to send proof to us of this and we will have you ship the item back with a mailer and label we will provide if both parties agree in the return.) we will work with you to find the best solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
